When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase. Ravenna Football Club 1913 S.R.L. reserves the right to accept or reject the order for any reason, at its own discretion. The order is not accepted until Ravenna Football Club 1913 S.R.L. confirms its acceptance. Payment must be received and processed before the order is accepted. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as Ravenna Football Club 1913 S.R.L. may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after the order has been accepted. In the event that your order is not accepted, is modified or is cancelled, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you at the email address, billing address and/or telephone number provided at the time of the order.
Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is submitted and will be stated in the order confirmation email. SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are indicative only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures or events beyond our control. Once the products have been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Ravenna Football Club Store is supported by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, all sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with Ravenna Football Club 1913 S.R.L. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Ravenna Football Club 1913 S.R.L., including any damage, injury or loss arising from the products and services purchased.
